HomeMy WebLinkAbout0492 husband, HERBERT L. PLYMPTON, are the paternal grandparents of the child, and are the parents of the natural father, HAROLD J. PLYMPTON. It is therefore, upon consideration - ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED: (a) That the permanent custody of the child known as MALADY MARIE PLYMPTON be and the same is hereby given to JEANETTE O. PLYMPTON and her husband, HERBERT L. PLYMPTON. (b) That the said child now known as MALADY MARIE PLYMPTON is given the lawful name of, and shall hereafter be known as MALADY MARIE PLYMPTON. - (c) That the said child is hereby declared to be the lawful child and legal heir of JEANETTE O. PLUMPTON and her husband, HERBERT L. PLYMPTON, and the said child shall be subject to all of the obligations and be entitled to all of the rights and privileges of children born to the adopting parents in lawful-wedlock.
