FLORIDA CIVIL ACTION CASE N0, 75-338-FR i IN RE: The Marriage of ) WILLIAM FREDERICI: (RICKY) FENNECKEN, ) 4 AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT i Husband, ) DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE AND ) MARY FRANCES FENNECKEN, ) Wife. ) This cause came on for trial the 7th day of May, 1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is therefore ORDERED as follows: 1. The Default entered against the Husband by the Clerk of this Court on April 29, 1975 is hereby confirmed. 2. The marriage between WILLIAM FREDERICK (RICKY) FENNECKEN i and MARY FRANCES FENNECKEN be and the same is•hereby dissolved, and E f i the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds ~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga- tions arising therefrom. ' 3. Custody of WILLIAM FREDERICK FENNECKEN, JR., and BELINDA MARIE FENNECKEN, minor children of the parties is hereby awarded to WILLIAM FREDERICK FENNECKEN with reasonable visitation rights reserved to MARY FRANCES TURNER. Reasonable visitation shall mean any Cime which will not interfere with the children's schooling and as long f as a reasonable notice is given. 4.
