THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard-upon Respondent's
Motion to enforce previously entered Order concerning Respondent's
rights to visitation and the Court finding that a previous order
was entered by the Honorable G. Kendall Sharp and this Judge
believes that any civil procedure and any URESA actions from the
same circuit should be uniform in results, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above captioned matter is
hereby transferred to the Honorable G. Kendall Sharp.
