THIS AMENDED QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed this day ~

Pierce, Florida, supersedes and amends that certain Quit-Claim

Deed filed by the parties hereto in Official Records Book 328,
' Page 443, and the aforesaid Quit-Claim Deed shall have no further
force or effect whatsoever:
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of $10.00, in hand paid by the !
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ~

the said second part forever, all the right, title, interest,
