THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard this day
upon Respondent's Motion for Continuance and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent's Motion
for Continuance is hereby granted and the hearing in the
above cause previously scheduled for May 9, 1980, be and
the same hereby is continued to May 23, 1980 at 10:00 a.m.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Respondent
shall make every effort to make the payments heretofore awarded
by the Court to the Petitioner, as well as make payments
E which are in default.
