COMES NOW the undersigned Assistant State Attorney of the
19th Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, and shows unto the Court
that the Petitioner is now residing outside the jurisdiction of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and is residing at 406 Columbia Avenue, Altamonte-
Springs, Florida 23701.
THEREFORE, it is respectfully moved that the Clerk of the
Circuit. Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, be instructed to transfer the
entire original file on this matter to the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
Orange County Court House, Orlando; Florida.
