2. Decedent, Oscar Crispens, whose last known
address was 340 Celestia Court, Port St. Lucie, Florida,
and whose age was 86 years, and whose social security number
is: 056-10-5966, died on March 6, 1980, at Lawnwood Medical
Center, Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death dece-
dent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
