9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth iri Paragraph 10.
10. The original of the decedent's last will, dated
September 25, 1978, accompanies this petition.
11. Decedent's will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioner requests
that the decedent's Last Will be admitted to probate and an
order of summary administration be entered directing distribu-
tion of the assets in the estate in accordance with the schedule
as set forth in Paragraph 8 of this petition.
