I, OSCAR CRISPENS, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. ~
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative to _
pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts, includ-
ing the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses. `
CLAUSE II: I give and devise all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my property, real and personal,

wherever situate and whether acquired before or after the
execution of this Will, to my wife, EUGENTA F. CRISPENS,
provided she survives me.
CLAUSE III: If my wife, EUGENIA F. CRISPENS, does
not survive me, then my said residuary estate shall be liqui-
dated by my personal representative and shall be divided into

two (2) separate equal shares and shall be distributed as
r follows:
j A. One (1) of said equal shares shall be distri-
~ buted as follows:
1. FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) to m _

~ cousin, MISS EMILIE SCHULTZ, Memorial Home '
Community, Penny Farms, Florida 32079.
2. ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00) to
PORT ST. LUCIE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH.
3. ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00) to
NEW YORK STATE GRAND LODGE OF MASONS.
4. FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) to
FLORII'~ SHERRIFFS BOYS RANCH FUND, Boys
Ranch, Florida.

5. The balance of this half of my estate
shall be divided equally between my cousin,
MISS EMILY SCHUMM, and my cousin, ROBERT
E. ROYAL, per stirpes, and if either of them
