LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF OSCAR CRISPENS - Page Three
any reason to act or to continue acting as such, then I name
and appoint SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida,
or its corporate successor as such personal representative.
My personal representative shall have all of the
rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted. under
Chapters 733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
CLAUSE V: In the event that my wife, EUGENIA F.
CRISPENS, and I die under such circumstances that it cannot
be determined which of us predeceased the other, I direct that
it shall be conclusively presumed that I predeceased my said
wife, and the provisions of this Will, shall be construed
and the distribution of property shall be governed and regu-
lated as if I had, in fact, predeceased my said wife.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set_my hand
and seal this. 25th day of September, 1978..
