ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
The petition of WILHELMENIA WILEY for the appointment
of a guardian of the person and property of ENGLAND PETERSON,
coming on this day to be heard and it appearing to the Court that
said person is incompetent because of chronic organic brain syn-
drome (Senile Dementia), and that it is necessary for a guardian
to be appointed; and the Court having jurisdiction and being fully
advised; it is
ADJUDGED that WILHELMENIA WILEY is hereby appointed as
guardian of the person and property of ENGLAND PETERSON, incompetent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER that said WILHELMENIA WILEY is required .
to file a bond in the amount of $ o o • . o o payable to the
