KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Albert Benjamin dnd j
Mildred Benjamin, his wife and Franklin A. Harris and Valerie V. Harris, his wife
dated February 2nd. , 1968 ,and recorded
in the public records of $t. LUCie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 170 on page
1080 ,securing the payment of the sum of ----Six Thousand Three Hundred and No/100-------
Dollars (56,300.00 )
covering property in the County of St. LUCIe ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the mote secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
