of the property conveyed in fee simple hereunder as the same
is reserved in that certain Warranty Deed dated April 19, 1977,
from George A. Costa and Lucille Costa, his wife, to-LeRoy
S. Calvert and Catherine Calvert, his wife, recorded at O.R.
Book 269, Page 416, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Grantee herein shall, however, maintain such Easement in good
