the owner of the above described subdivision, by its duly elected
President, and Secretary, hereby affirm that their intention was
to dedicate as specified in the Notes thereunder:

6. TRACT B IS DEDICATED TO THE SANDALWOOD ESTATES
PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. AND IS THE -
MAINTENANCE OBLIGATION OF SAID ASSOCIATION.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned corporation has
caused these presents to be executed in its name, and its cor-
porate seal to be hereunto affixed by its President and Secretary -
