ORDER
This cause came on to be heard on the motion of the
defendants for physical examination of the plaintiff, and
the-Court having heard argument of counsel and being otherwise
advised, it is
ORDERED that said motion for physical examination of
plaintiff, KENNA POWELL, is granted and the said plaintiff
shall present herself at the office of Melvin Greer, M. D.,
Department of Neurology, Shands Teaching Hospital and Clinics,
Gainesville, Florida, at a time convenient to the plaintiffs;
all reasonable and necessary expenses are to be borne by the
defendants herein.
I DONE AND ORDERED in Ch s at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
