THIS CAUSE came on to be heard the 1st day of May, 1980,
upon Defendants' Motion to Dismiss and Motion to Strike and the
Court having considered the same and heard argument of counsel i
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is,
thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss
Count I, denominated "Medical Malpractice", be and the same is
hereby granted and Plaintiff is hereby authorized. to change, by
interlineation, the heading of Count I to "Negligence for Dental
Malpractice". Defendants shall have twenty (20) days to answer
the Complaint.
Defendants' Motion to Strike the Claim for Punitive `
Damages be and the same is hereby denied.
