foregoing Stipulation in which TRIPLE T INNS OF FT. PIERCE, INC. and TRIPLE
T INNS, INC. are added as parties to this cause is hereby approved and
adopted by this Court as its Order and made a part hereof by reference
as if fully set forth in this Order. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT TRIPLE T INNS OF FT. PIERCE, INC. and
TRIPLE T INNS, INC. are made parties to this cause and parties to the
foregoing Stipulations and both of them and their rights and duties are
specifically made sub3ect to the foregoing Stipulations and each of the
terms thereof.
It is further '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this cause shall be stayed in accordance
with the-terms of said Stipulations.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
