MORTGAGE EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into as of this 31st
day of March , 1980, by and between R. L. FARMER, a/k/a +
ROBERT L. FARMER, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagee; and
JOSE GOMES and FILIPE GOMES, JR., hereinafter referred to as the
Mortgagors;
W I T N E S S E T H

WHEREAS, the Mortgagee is the owner and holder of that
certain Mortgage Deed recorded in Official Records Book 305, Page _
1606 St. Lucie Count Florida
y, , public records, encumbering the
following described lands, viz.:
Starting at the NE corner of the SW 1/4 of
Section-30, Township 34 South, Range 40 East,
run South on the I/4 Section line a distance
- of 445 feet to the point of beginning; from
the point of beginning run S 89047'08" West,
1333.50 feet to a point; then run S 0002'52" E,
a distance of 891.06 feet to a point; thence
run S 89050'57" W, a distance of 1286.80 feet
more or less to a point; then run N 00°03'55"
W, a distance of 1289.50 feet more. or less to
a point; then-run N 89046'05" E, a distance of
1287.20 feet more or less to a point; then run
S 0°02'52" E, a distance of 200 feet to a point;
then run N 89°47'55" E, a distance of 1333.66
feet to a point; then run South a distance of
200 feet to the point of beginning.

WHEREAS, the Mortgagors have requested the Mortgagee to
extend the maturity date of the Promissory Note secured by the afore-
said Mortgage; and the Mortgagee has agreed to do so pursuant to the
terms hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, and of
the covenants and promises hereinafter exchanged, the parties hereto
do hereby agree as follows, viz.:
1. -The parties hereto do hereby agree that the payment
date of the entire principal due under the terms of the Promissory
Note secured by the above referenced Mortgage Deed shall be extended
to February 27, 1981, when the same shall be paid in full.
