HomeMy WebLinkAbout0697 Le C•y~L STATE OF FLORIDA BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT TRUST FUND RELEASE No. 461 ~ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the State of Florida, through the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, for and in consideration of the sum of THIRTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS to in hand paid, has remised, and released and by these presents does hereby remise and release unto JOHNSON & JOHNSON BUILDERS, INC., its successors and assigns The "RIGHT OF ENTRY AND EXPLORATION" as to the following reservations, to-wit: ''AS TO LANDS IN TRACTS OR COMPOSITE TRACTS AGGREGATING TEN (10) ACRES OR MORE: RESERVING unto the State of Florida the title to an undivided one-half of all petro- leum and petroleum products, and title to an undivided three-fourths of all other minerals which may be found on or under the said land, together with the right to explore for and to mine and develop the same."
