RELEASE
No. 422
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the State of Florida,
through the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust
Fund, for and in consideration of the sum of FORTY AND NO/100
DOLLARS to in hand paid, has remised, and released and by these
presents does hereby r-emise and release unto JOHNSON & JOHNSON
BUILDERS, INC., its successors and assigns The "RIGHT OF ENTRY
AND EXPLORATION" as to the following reservations, to-wit:
"AS TO LANDS IN TRACTS OR COMPOSITE TRACTS AGGREGATING
TEN (10) ACRES OR MORE: RESERVING unto the State of
Florida the title to an undivided one-half of all petro-
leum and petroleum products, and title to an undivided
three-fourths of all other minerals which may be found
on or under the said land, together with the right to
explore for and to mine and develop the same."
"AS TO ALL LANDS, there is reserved unto the State of
Florida the title to an undivided one-half of all petro-
]_Ptvn and pptroletirn~ products, and title to an undivided
twee=fourths of all other minerals which may be-found
on or under the said land, together with the privilege
outside any municipality, this date, to explore for and
to mine and develop same. Said privilege to explore,
mine and develop is to be conducted on and under lands
inside any municipality, this date, only with the consent
. of the surface owner."
"AS TO ALL LANDS, there is reserved unto the State of
Florida the title to an undivided one-half of all petro-
leum and petroleum products, and title to an undivided
three-fourths of all other minerals which may be foun3
on or under the said land, together with the privilege
outside any municipality, this date, to explore for and
to mine and develop same. Said privilege to explore,
mine and develop is to be conducted on and under lands
inside any municipality, this date, only with the consent
of the surface owner. All fissionable material is
reserved."

lands lying and being-in ST. LUCIE, Florida:
-All or such part of Lots 1 through 16, of KITCHING COVE
ESTATES, according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book. 20, at Page 11, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, that lies within Lot 9, Section 15,
Township 37 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
