KNOW Att MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Juno Beattie and Jim S.
Beattie AKA J. S. Beattie, her husband dated July 30th 19 76 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0• R• Book 256 on page
2366 ,securing the payment of the sum of Four Thousand, Five Hundred andno/100-------------
------------------------Dollars (S 4,500.00-------)
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, loth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
