respect thereto; and further hereby assumes, agrees to pay
and indemnifies Bear's Nest and Lessor, as to that certain
mortgage lien on the real property which is the subejct matter
of such Lease, and obligations secured thereby, in favor of
Liberty Life Insurance Company.
