Lease from Bear's Nest to Triple T Inns of Ft. Pierce, Inc.;
agrees that the present Lessee thereunder, Bear's Nest,
shall be and is hereby released and relieved from any and
all liability for the prompt payment of the rent and the
keeping of the performances of all conditions and covenants
of this Lease by the Lessee to be kept and performed; warrants
unto said Assignee that said Lease is not in default and
that there currently are no conditions known to Lessor which '
could form a basis for such a default thereunder; that the
undersigned Lessor is the fee simple owner of the real property
which is the subejct matter of said Lease; and that the
undersigned Lessor is the owner and holder of the said Lease,
subject only to the aforesaid mortgage lien in favor of
Liberty Life Insurance Company.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Lessor has caused this
