Box 3659 325 Fifth Avenue Indiatlantic, FL 32903 It is mutually understood that notices shall be effective only when delivered to the parties, as provided herein; and that the persons to whom, or the addresses at which, notices shall be delivered may be changed by the parties by written notice to the other delivered as provided herein to the then correct address. XXI RECORDING The parties agree that-this agreement may be recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. XXII EMINENT DOMAIN t In the event the demised premises shall be condemned i i or taken by eminent domain by any authority having the right # of eminent domain, or if purchased by such authority in lieu of condemnation of said premises, then the term of this lease shall cease and terminate as of the date title ! vests in the condemnor and all rentals shall be paid up to i I that date, and the Lessee shall have no claim against the Lessor for the value of any unexpired term of this lease. In the event part of the demised premises shall be taken by eminent domain by any authority having the right g of eminent domain, or if purchased by such authority in lieu of condemnation of said premises, and such purchase or taking shall render the remainder of the demised premises unsuitable for the business of the Lessee, then the term of this lease shall cease and terminate at the same time and in the same manner as if the entire demised premises had been taken. In any event the Lessee shall have no interest in any award resulting from any condemnation, except for such items in the award which may have been installed and paid for by the Lessee. ` 8331 PEE 765 -12- - .
