made hereby and any subsequent modifications, shall be
binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the heirs,
successors, administrators, personal representatives and
assigns of the parties hereto.
XXV
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
It is mutually understood and agreed that no
representation or agreement has been made between the parties
hereto or their agents that is not herein expressed, that
no claim shall be made by either party on the other party
hereto based on such alleged representation or agreement,
and that this lease agreement shall be binding on the
parties hereto, their heirs, devisees, legatees, successors
and assigns.
