MODIFIED LEASE AGREEMENT
The undersigned Liberty Life Insurance Company
being the owner and holder of a mortgage on the real property
which is the subject matter of the foregoing Modified Lease
Agreement, which mortgage was recorded at O.R. Book 220,
Pages 1953 through 1960, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida and which was modified by Forebearance and Modification
Agreement dated July 26, 1979, and recorded at O.R. Book 320,
Pages 403 through 423, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, which obligation secured thereby is also secured
by a collateral assignment of the Lease Agreement which is
the subject matter of the said Modification does hereby consent
to the foregoing Modified Lease Agreement, provided, however,
that this Consent shall not be deemed to have, released any
of the obligors, co-obligors and/or guarantors from any or
all of their respective obligations or guarantees secured by
the said security documents, nor shall this Consent be deemed
to have forgiven, waived, extended, modified or altered
in any way the default under the original obligation secured
by said security documents as the same has been set forth
in the said Forebearance and Modification Agreement and the

resulting Stipulation for abatement of that foreclosure
action now pending as Case No. 76-895-CA in the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida.
