This matter ha~-ing come on before the Court by reason
of a Notice and Application filed by the debtors herein, praying
for the entry of an order approving contracts by and between
the debtors herein, TriFle T Inns of Fort Pierce and Libery
Life Insurance Company ~•ith respect to the Ramada Inn Oceanside
located in Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida, which motel
complex is owned by the debtors herein, and it ap?earing that
the offer set forth in the application and contrasts submitted
to the Court is reasona~~le and is the best attainable, and no
higher or better offer r?eing submitted and the Court having
considered the testimon: of the debtor herein (George A. Costa)
as well as the argument= of counsel (riyron S. Ler-~an appearing
