RECEIVER
Upon reading and filing the annexed application by the
attorneys for the debtor herein, praying for an order appointing _
a substitute Receiver, and it appearing that Joseph McAfahon, the F
Receiver appointed by order of this Court has resigned as Receive ,
and it further appearing that it is essential that a substitute
Receiver be appointed with the same. powers as given to the origin 1.
Receiver herein in accordance with an order dated September 2,
1976, .and good cause appearing for the making of this order,
IT IS, on this 24th day of March, 1980, on motion of
Lehman F, Wasserman, attorneys, for the debtors herein, -
ORDERED, that the resignation of Joseph McMahon as
Receiver herein be and the same is hereby accepted, and it is -
further
