The application of Myron S. Lehman respectfully represents:
1, I am a member of the firm of Lehman $ Wasserman,
co-counsel- to the debtors herein.
2. That Joseph McMahon was appointed Receiver in accord-
ance with an order dated September 2, 1976.
3. That on March 24, 1980, Joseph McMahon has resigned
as Receiver.
4. It is essential that a substitute Receiver be appointe j.
with the same power as set forth in the Order of September 2,
1976.
WHEREFORE, your applicant prays for an order appointing
a substitute Receiver.
