PETITION FOR DISCHARGE ~ s

The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above
Estate alleges as follows:
1. The decedent, NAPOLEON J. VIACHES, a resident of St:
Lucie County, Florida, died June 25, 1978 and Letters of
Administration were issued to Petitioner on July 31, 1979.
2. The sole beneficiary, KATHLEEN J. VIACHES, waives a
final accounting of this Estate.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this Estate, by making
payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the
payment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of

~ Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with

I this Court evidence of satisfaction of this Estate's obligation
for estate taxes, if any.
S. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of
the assets of this Estate as set forth in Schedule of Distribution

attached hereto as Exhibit A.
6. The only person having an interest in this proceeding
and her respective address is:

7. Petitioner requests that, after satisfactory proof has
