The undersigned, as personal representatives of the above estate, allegs: o

DAVID R. DINGMAN
I. The decedent, , a resident of
ST. LUCIE County, Florida ,died on '
July 12 , 19 79 ,and Letters of Administration were issued to
Petitioneisnn July 26 , 19 .
2. Petitioner files herewith either a final accounting containing a complete report of all receipts and
disbur~ments since the comnnencemennt of administration of this estate, or since the date of the last
accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers signed by all interested persons, other than Petitioner, waiving
the filing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payn»ent, settlement, or other disposition
of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or nnaking provision for the payment of all
taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal representatives, attorneys ,

accountants, appraisers or other agents employed by the personal representative is: Stanton J.
I Brosilow, appraisal fee, $95.00; B. A. Bittan, Jr., attorney's
fees, $1,624.25; James F. Dingman, personal representative's fee,
$974.55; Livingston S. Dingman, personal representative's fee, $649.70.
5. Petitionerhas filed all required estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the
~ Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court evidence of
the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
~ 6. Petitioner lows made or proposes to make distribution of the assets of this estate as sct forth in
the schedule of dutributio» attached hereto.
