MOTION FOR ORDER CONFIRMING SALE
COMES NOW Helen Holton Anderson and Henry G. Anderson,
her husband, as the duly qualified and acting personal repre-
sentatives of the estate of JULIA CATHERINE HOLTON, deceased,
and hereby move this Court for an Order Confirming Sale of
certain real property which was an asset of this estate and
in support thereof would show as follows:
1. JULIA CATHERINE HOLTON died testate on September
17, 1979, seized and possessed of certain real property located
in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly described
• as follows:
i Beginning at a point where the westerly shore line
of the Indian River intersects the southerly
line of the Fred A. Reynolds property; thence
south 61°30' west along said southerly property
line of Fred A. Reynolds, a distance of 71.1 feet
to an iron pipe set on the. westerly side of State
Road A-1-A; thence continue south 61°30' west
s along the southerly line of said Reynold's
property a distance of 160 feet to a point; thence
south 19°15' East run a distance of 80 feet to a point;
thence North 61°30' East run a distance of 160
feet to a point, thence continue north 61°30' East,
a distance of 64.8 feet more or less to the wester-
ly shore line of the Indian River; .thence meander-
ing the westerly shore line of the Indian River in
a northerly direction a distance of 80 feet more
or less to the point of beginning. Being in Section
4, Township 37 South, Range 41 East; TOGETHER with
all reparian rights; excepting therefrom existing
State Road right-of-way.
~ ~ 2. The approximate fair market value of the above-
described real property, including improvements, is $35,000.00,
