ORDER CONFIRMING SALE
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court on the
~.2 day of :X•sy 1980, upon the Motion
For Order Confirming Sale filed herein by Helen Holton
Anderson and Nenry G. Anderson, her husband, as the duly
qualified and acting personal representatives of the
Estate of JULIA CATHERINE HOLTON, deceased, joined by
Anne Holton McCreary ,Residuary Beneficiary, and the Court
having considered said ?°Iotion and being otherwise duly
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the sale of the follow-
ing described real property, together with improvements .
located thereon, for a purchase price of $35,000.00,
paid in cash at closing, by the personal representatives,

be, and the same is hereby confirmed and ratified:
Beginning at a point where the westerly shore line
of the Indian River intersects the southerly
line of the Fred A. Reynolds property; thence
south 61°30' west along said southerly property
line of Fred A. Reynolds, a distance of 71.1-feet
to an iron pipe set on the westerly side of State
Road A-1-A; thence continue south 61°30' west
along the southerly line of said Reynold's
property a distance of 160 feet to a point; thence
south 19°15' East run a distance of 80 feet to a
point; thence North 61°30' East run a distance of 160
feet to a point, thence continue north 61°30' East,
a distance of.64.8 feet more or less to the wester-
ly shore line of the Indian River; thence meander-
ing the westerly shore line of the Indian River in
a northerly direction a distance of 80 feet more
or less to the point of beginning. Being in Section
~ 4, Township 37 South, Range 41 East; TOGETHER with
all reparian rights; excepting therefrom existing _
State Road right-of-way.
