CORDS BOOK 257, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA .
5. That if the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by
law, and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this Judgment, are
not paid forthwith, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public
sale on the~~~~ay of ~ 1 ~ to
the highest bidder, excep as set forth herewith, at th doors of
the Courthouse in St. Lucie County, Fort Pierce, Florida, in accordance
with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
6. Plaintiffs shall advance all subsequent costs of this action, and
costs shall be reimbursed to them by the Clerk if .Plaintiffs are not the pur-
chasers of the property at the sale. If Plaintiffs are the purchasers, the
~ Clerk shall credit Plaintiffs with the total sum in paragraph 3 hereof, with

I6 interest and costs accruing subsequent to this Judgment or such part of it
as is necessary to pay the bid 'in full.
' 7~. On filing the Certificate of 'Title, the C1Prk shall distribute the
proceeds of the sale as far as they are sufficient by paying: 1) all of
Plaintiffs' costs; 2) documentary stamps affixed to the certificate; 3) Plain-
tiffs' attorney's fees; 4) the total sum due to Plaintiffs, less the items paid,
plus interest at the ~a~e prescribed by laav, from this date to the date of the
s sale; 5) by retaining any amount remaining pending the further order of this
Court.
8. Cn filing the Certificate of Title, L'efendants and all persons
claiming by, through, under or against them since the filing of the Notice
