SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMENT AND RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That VERA COOK, as natural mother and next friend
of MICHELLE COOK, and VERA COOK, individually, do hereby
acknowledge full payment of the Final Judgment heretofore
entered in said cause; and, the Plaintiffs do hereby request
and direct the Clerk of the above entitled Court to cancel
~ and satisfy of Record the Final Judgment heretofore entered

~ in said cause; and

That VERO COOK, acting in the sever-al capacities of
natural mother and next friend of the minor Plaintiff, MICHELLE
COOK, and individually, do hereby, in consideration of the
total sum of Four Thousand and no/100 ($4,000.00) Dollars, to
them in hand paid~in accordance with the requirements of
said Final Judgment, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, do remise, release and forever discharge the Defendants,
