belonging to, or sustained by the plaintiffs in said cause,
on account of any and all injuries now known or hereafter
known resulting of and from the accident which occurred
on or about September 27, 1974, in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, which is the subject matter of the above
styled cause.
