CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED

STACY A. ROGERS, deceased; STACY A. ROGERS III, a single adult;
MARY L. TIPPINS, joined by her husband, GEORGE TIPPINS; ELIZABETH L.
' MILLER, a single adult; LESLIE W. ROGERS, joined by his wife,
ELLEN F. ROGERS; JOYCE E. GILLETTE, joined by her husband, EDGAR. G.
GILLETTE, being all the heirs of MARGARET ROGERS, deceased; herein-
after called the grantor; to GEORGE H. GIBBON, whose post office '
address is RFD 4, Box 381, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of
~ the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
~ whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee,

30, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run West 130.7 feet,
thence North 175 feet, thence East 130.7 feet, thence

This is a Corrective Warranty Deed executed and recorded !
to correct the error in the Section number in that certain
deed dated February 1, 1957, recorded in 0. R. Book 224,
Page 250, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
~ tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that
the grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple, that
