- TEMPORARY ORDER
This cause coming on for hearing on the prayer for temporary
relief as set forth in the Petition For Dissolution of Marriage
filed herein and the parties having appeared before this Court
with counsel and the Court, after having considered testimony of
the respective parties and after having heard argument of counsel
r
and after having been otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED A'JD ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband and Wife shall have 3oint custody of the
minor children of the parties as outlined by the parties in Court
2. That the Wife is hereby awarded temporary possession of th~
marital home of the parties together with all furniture, fixtures
~ and appliances located therein and that the Husband shall vacate
f ~ said premises on or before the 16th day of May, 1980. i

6 f~ 3. That the Husband, RICHARD A. SKRIPAK, shall pay to the Wife,
~i RENEE K. SKRIPAK, as temporary support for the minor children of
i the parties and the Wife, the sum of_ S150.00 per week co~!encing

the 16th day of May, 1980 and continuing each and every Friday
thereafter until further order of this Court.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court -
of St. Lucie County, Florida and by him remitted promptly to the

Wife. In addition, there is herein assessed the sum of $2.00 as
