HEELER, Wife, and ANDREW G. HEELER, Husband. TEMPORARY ORDER This cause coming on for hearing on the prayer for temporary i relief as set forth in the Petition For Dissolution of Marriage filed herein and the parties having appeared before this Court ~ I - with counsel, and the Court after having considered testimony of ~ the respective parties and argument of counsel, and that upon I .the stipulation of the parties, it is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. That the Husband, ANDREW G. HEELER, shall pay tb the Wife, CATS B. HEELER, as temporary alimony, the sum of $50.00 per i week commencing the 16th day of May, 1980 and continuing each and every Friday thereafter until further order of this Court. I I I Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida and by him remitted promptly to the i Wife. In addition, there is herein assessed the sum of $2.00 as i statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. { I { ~ All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's ~ check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this I~ Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. g 2. The parties are hereby mutually restrained from harass- ~ it ing, annoying and/or interfering with each other in any manner { whatsoever. _ j 3.
