This cause coming on for hearing on the prayer for temporary
relief as set forth in the Counterpetition filed herein and the
parties having appeared with their respective counsel, and the
Court, after having considered testimony of the respective par-
ties and after having heard argument of counsel, and the Court
after having been otherwise fully advised in the premises, it

Wife, CATHERINE D. ATHEY, as temporary alimony the sum of $25.00

per week commencing the 16th day of May, 1980 and continuing
each and every Friday thereafter until further order of this ~
( Court.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court

j of St. Lucie, Florida and by him remitted promptly to the Wife.
I I~ In addition there is herein assessed the sum of $2.00 as

~ I' statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.

All payments shall be made in cash, money order of cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this,
Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
