Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 16,
Pages 37, 37A through 37C, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
SUBJECT TO conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations and
easements of record: zoning and other regulatory ordinances.
SUBJECT TO that certain mortgage in favor of GDV FINANCIAL CORPORA-
TION dated July 10, 1975, and recorded in OR Book 241, Page 2942,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Fla., said mortgage in the origi al
- principal sum of $26,700,00. This mortgage was assigned to the
FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF LARGO on August 4,
1975, said assignment being recorded in OR Book 242, Page 1337, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Grantee hereby
assumes and agrees to pay said mortgage,
