PARCEL 1
A portion of the East 3/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 7, Township. 35 South, Range 40 East, St.Lucie
County, Florida being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 11 of Block
B of Sandalwood Estates Subdivision as recorded in Plat
Book 20 Page 5 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County,
Florida, run South along the East line of said Lot 11 a
distance of 11.0 feet to a point; thence run North 89°56'
30" East a distance of 80.O.feet to a point; thence run
North a.distance'of 221.0 feet to a point on the South
right-of-way line of State Road 68 (Orange Avenue); thence
run South 89°56'30" West along said right-of-way a
distance of 277.45 feet to a point of curvature; thence
run along the arc of a curve concave to the Southeast
having a radius of 25.0 feet and a central angle of 89°
44' 38" a distance of 39.16 feet to a point of tangency
on the East right-of-way line of Sandalwood Drive; thence
run South 0°11'52" West a long said right-of-way a distance
of 163.66 feet to a point of curvature;~thence run along the
arc of a curve concave to the Northeast having a radius
of 25.0 feet and a central angle of 5~8°52'13" a distance
of 25.69 feet to a point at the Northwest corner of Lot
11, Block B of Sandalwood Estates.; thence run :North 89°
56'30" East along the North line of Lot ll a distance of
210.99 feet to the Point of Beginning. The above tract
contains 1.475 acres.

Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 25 of the
