INSTALLMENT SALE CONTRACT
. THIS CONTRACT is entered into this /J7'day of

CONSTRUCTION,. INC., a Florida Corporation, hereinafter referred
to as "Seller", and JAMES DYE and DAWN DYE, of the City of

WHEREAS, the Seller is the .owner of certain real
property situate in the City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County,
Florida, and known as: Lot 29, Block 302, of PORT ST. LUCIE,
SECTION 2, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 12, of the Public Records of St.

Lucie County, Florida, and having erected thereon a dwelling

< r~i WHEREAS, Seller desires to sell and Buyers desire

;~-:y IN CONSIDERATION of the reciprocal promises and in

r' - furtherance of their objective, Seller agrees to sell and Buyers
agree to purchase from the Seller the aforesaid property,
including-all rights and appurtenances incident thereto, subject
only to the matters as hereinafter set forth, the parties agree
as follows:
1. The entire purchase price for the property is

~ the sum of FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIX AND 96/100
~ ($55,406.96) Dollars.
2. The sum of TEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
SIXTY-FIVE AND NO/100 ($10.,365.00) DOLLARS, has been paid as a
down payment by the Buyers to the Seller prior to or

~ simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the receipt

of which is hereby acknowledged by the Seller. This sum is being
. held by the- Seller.
- 3. The additional sum of FORTY FIVE THOUSAND
~ FORTY ONE AND 96/100 ($45,041.96) DOLLARS, shall be paid by the
HAROLD H.(iOLOMAN Buyers at the time of closing as hereinafter defined.
