PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the day of May,

1980 between MARIE E, FISLER, individually and as Personal
Representative of the Estate of WILLIAM FRANK FISLER,
deceased,-Party of the First Part, and FRANKLIN E. WENSLEY, Party
of the Second Part, whose address is Lot X460, Outdoor Resorts
of America, Route 2, Jensen Beach, Florida.
WITNESSETH:
The Party of-the First Part, pursuant to the power -
contained in the Court Order, dated May 2, 1980, in that the
Grantee is the devisee of the herein described real property
of William Frank Fisler, and in consideration of the premises,
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys
and confirms to the Party of the Second Part, his heirs and
assigns forever, the real property in the County of St. Lucie,
Florida, described as:
Lot #460, Section II, in that certain Condominium
known as OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA at Nettles Island _
according to plat of Nettles Island Project, Plat Book
- .16', pages 1, ZA thru 1J (both inclusive) and Declaration
of Condominium, Official Record Book 186, page 2720 as
last amended, Official Record Book 192, page 820, all ,as
filed for record in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, together with:
(i) an undivided 1/1585th interest in those lands
designated by said Plat and Declaration.(as amended)
as common elements and limited common elements; and,
(ii) all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
t thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

~ TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements,

hereditaments and appurtenances belonging to or in anywise
appertaining to that real property. ~ -
AND, the Party of the First Part does covenant to
and with the Party of the Second Part, his heirs and assigns,
that in all things preliminary to and in and about this
conveyance that the Laws of Florida have been followed and
complied with in all respects.
