This cause having come on for hearing the first day of
May, 1980 upon the Petition of Franklin E. Wensley for transfer .
of property filed herein and the court having considered the
motion, heard testimony, and being otherwise fully advised in
the premises it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the motion by the petitioner be
and the same is hereby granted and the Personal Representative is
hereby ordered to transfer the following property to FRANItI.IN
E. WENSLEY:
Lot #460, Section II, in that certain Condominium known
as OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA at Nettles Island, according
to plat of Nettles Island Project, Plat Book 16, Pages 1,
lA thru 1J and Declaration of Condominium, 0. R. Book I92,
Page 820,' of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with 1973 Unique Travel Trailer, I.D. X8351912,
Title No. 519953.
DONE AND ORDERED at Stuart, Martin County, Florida this
day of May, 1980.
