THIS MATTER came before this Court upon the stipulation
of all of the parties to-this cause and this Court having reviewed.
said stipulation and being otherwise fully advised in the premises does
ORDER AND ADJUDGE as fellows:
1. This cause of action is hereby dismissed with prejudice
with each party to bear its own costs and attorneys' fees. '
2. The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County,

Florida. is hereby ordered and directed to cancel and discharge that
E certain Claim of Lien in the amount of $3,026.66 recorded on September
24, 1979 in Official Record Book 3142 at Page 735 of the Public
Records of Palm Beach County, Florida and is further directed to
release that certain Surety Bond in the amount of $3,671.46 posted
by PERINI CORPORATION, as Principal and written by FIDELITY AND DEPOSIT
C0;!PA?lY OF MARYLAND, as Surety .
3. The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County,
Florida is hereby ordered and directed to cancel and discharge that
certain Claip of Lien in the amount of $510.64 recorded on October 4,
: 1979 in"Official Record Book 3149 at Page 0247 of the Public Records
of Palm Beach County, Florida and is further directed to release that
certain Surety Bond in the amount of $7Q?.56 posted by PERI?II CORPORATION,
as Principal and written by FIDELITY AND DEPOSIT COMPANY OF MARYLAND,
