the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by ~lestwoode Manor, Inc . , A
Florida Corporation dated December 17th 19 60 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. -Lucie County, Florida, in p~ R. Book 170 on page
458 .securing the payment of the sum of Six ~ousand, Nine Rundred and no/100-----------

has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
