Mortgage dated the 23rd day of December, A.D. 1960 made and executed by
Earl W. Day and Norma L. Day, his wife of the first part, to Westwoode Manor, {
Inc., a Florida Corporation, of the second and recorded in Official Book
170 on page 653 of the public records of St: Lucie County, Florida, en-
cumbering the following property. •

in Plat Book 6, at page 24, of public r
records of St. Lucie County, Florida..
Said Mortgage was duly assigned to William J. Piowaty and
James W. Piowaty, being recorded in Official Record Book ~p at page '
of public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The mortgage interest of William J. Piowaty was assigned ;
to James W. Piowaty and St. Lucie County Bank of Fort Pierce, Florida
as Trustees of the William J. Piowaty Revocable Trust and recorded in
Official Record Book at Page of public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. -
Said Mortgage was duly assigned by James W. Piowaty and A.
Roger Stotz, for St. Lucie County Bank, as Trustee of idilliam J. Piowaty
Revocable Trust to Harvey T. Bassett and Irma F. Bassett, his wife, which
assignment was recorded in Record Book 168 at Page 2938 on the 6th day of
November, 1967.
