FAi~E7IT, JR., as owner of an undivided fifty percent interest; R. FAWSLRT, as ewner of an undivided twentyfive percent interest; JBI:FRE3Y C. FAWSEIT, as owner of an undivided twenty-five percent interest, herein- after referred to as Mortgagee; NAI~'Y J. NIC~IatS, hereinafter referred to as Mortigagor; and JOEN D. NIQiCILS,•hereinafter referred tD as Qo-Maker. W I T N E S S E T H: S, John D. Nichols and Nar>cy J. Nichols e~oecuted that certain Pranissory Note dated the 14th day of February, 1980 in the arow>lt of $520,750.00 in favor of Charles F. Fawcett, Jr. (50$), Charles R. Fawcett (25$) and Jeffrey C. Fawcett (l5$), and Vd~RRF,AS, to secure the performance of said Note Nancy J. Nictlols Pxecuted that certain Nbrtgage Deed and Security Agreeirnnt dated the 14th day of February, 1980 in favor of the above nauned Mortgagee, said Mortgage being reaoYr3ed in O.R. Soak 328, page 1435, Public Records of St. Lucie Ootmty, Florida, and WF~S, the parties hereto desire to amend said Note and Mortgage as more specifically stated herein. I NOW SORE, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable i eonssideration, receipt whereof is hereby aclcr~tledged, the parties stipulate and agree as follaas ` 1. mat the Pranissory Note dated the 14th day of February, 1980 shall be amended to provide that the date of the 14th day of February, 1981 ~ the last line of the first page of the said Note shall be amended and shall now read the 25th day of January; 1981 so that hereafter the Note shall provide that the Maker shall pay ~ annual instalments of principal and interest on January 25 of the loan years referred to in the Note, the first such insta]snent being due on the 25th day of January, 1981. 2. `1lsat the Mortgage Deed and Security Agreement shall be amended co that F € page two shall provide that the final maturity date of the Note secured by the E p Mortgage and of the said Mortgage shall be the 25th day of January, 1990 or 1995. 3. 7n all other respects all provisions of said Note and Mortgage, provided the same are not ir~oor~sistent with the amendments as contained herein, are hereby a .ratified and affirnled.
