MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE MEMBERS OF
TARPON BAY VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INCA
a Florida non-profit corporation
A Special Meeting of the members of TARPON BAY VILLAS
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation,
was held at Suite 310, 951 Colorado Avenue, Stuart, Florida, on
May 1st, 1980, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., pursuant to Notice, and
compliance with Article X.
ANDREW A. HENRY, acted as Chairman of the Meeting, and
.RICHARD A. HENRY acted as Secretary.
It was determined by the Chairman that a quorum was present.
- The Chairman announced that-the purpose of tl~~ meeting was to
consider the Amendment of the Articles- of Incorporation. After
discussion, the following Resolutions were unanimously adopted:
WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable and in the best interests
of this corporation and its members that its Articles of Incorpora-
tion be Amended, as hereinafter provided:
RESOLVED, the Amended Articles of Incorporation are approved
and adopted as published and distributed to the-members (a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.)
' RESOLVED FURTHER, that the President and the Secretary of the
corporation are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the
corporation to file a. Certificate of Amendment with the Secretary
of State, as required by law.
g There being no further business to come before the meeting, it
was, upon Motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried,
